In addition to my story I am doing this for the love of sustainable low impact living. For giving others hope, for those who find themselves not being able to pay rents and rates that are so cruelly high. This is one option for hosts to stay on their land.

My tiny living situation included an added exchange. As well as rent my exchange was being available to contact if my host needed urgent help. My host had a condition and his wife worked away for a few days a week. My presence on the property gave her assurance that someone was around when she could not be. It worked so well.

I am also doing this as a passionate side hustle.
