Who hasnt heard horror storys sorrounding landlords and renters. Its real, its becoming increasingly difficult to show trust, truth and respect because this housing crisis is so desperate. We are going to try in every way possible to repair this reality by changing our approach and attitudes to hosting and renting. Providing suggestions in structuring a contract, introducing a new paradigm in living together and adapting to tiny living and hosting.
